Personal Coaching

The first Life Coaching consultation is free and without obligation. Usually, it takes 30-45 minute and then you can decide if you want to go ahead.

Private, one-to-one coaching sessions are priced between 45-75 Euros per hour and will depend on your current status.  Each coaching session takes 1 to 2 hours, depending on your needs. 

Discounts are also available for advance bookings and for people who are non-employed, students or retired from work.

Business Coaching

For Business Coaching and Manager Skills Coaching, the first consultation is free and without obligation.  You can discuss your business needs and work issues, confidentially by telephone, online or a face-to-face meeting. The development programme will be agreed together with you / your staff/manager and in alignment with your job and personal development plans.

Business coaching costs range between 65-85 Euros per hour and will depend on your employment status. Fees may be negotiated for block bookings and for 2 or more employees.

Business Coaching

Business coaching is focussed on improving people skills, communications and managing others. Your company's specific requirements will be assessed and a program designed to suite your time frame and budget.

All consultations and coaching solutions can be provided face-to-face or online.  Learning methods will vary and often include a range of activities such as exercises, discussions, group work and exploring own work behaviours.
